I am currently employed at a healthcare technology company based in the UK, where I hold the positions of Head of Development at the Pakistan office. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects, from initial requirements to final implementation. I handle both the managerial aspects and the technological aspects of the projects. I lead a team of over 100 developers, QA specialists, business analysts, and DevOps resources.

Throughout my career, I have worked on various projects in domains such as eCommerce, healthcare, management systems, ERPs, construction tools automation, and real estate. With a cumulative experience of nearly two decades, I have been involved in web development since 2005, project management since 2009, product management since 2011, services management since 2013, and training and development since 2014.

I have obtained several international certifications to enhance my professional qualifications. These include ITIL v3 in 2017, PSM1 (Professional Scrum Master) based on the 2017 Scrum Guide, and PSM1 based on the 2020 Scrum Guide, both achieved in 2021.

Furthermore, I possess an ESFJ personality type, which reflects my sociable and helpful nature. I have a passion for sharing my knowledge and frequently engage in activities such as visiting universities and participating in conferences to contribute to the collective learning experience.
